This is a company of highly talented, driven individuals. There are some wonderful female leaders who help facilitate forward movement for women on their team.

Maybe. Depending on the team, and the leader of that team, I would recommend the company. There are some great professional dev/ally resources for females at AppNexus, but very subjective, erratic HR leaders which impacts feeling safe and comfortable speaking up when issues arise.
Less talk, more action in terms of handling individual and team complaints. Share data around hiring, promoting, supporting women at AppNexus.

Maybe. I think it's harder if you have kids and are the primary care-giver. Although there is the flexibility to leave early to pick them up, many women I've spoken to here say they feel guilty when they need to leave early or come in late because of their family.

The agency executives are most male, but their are quality female role models throughout the agency. The PIPS team is by far the best team to be on if you're looking for the smartest group of women at TMA.

Awesome place to work. Almost all staff is femenine and that have pros an cons, but mainly it's a good place to work.
