I've progressed in my career here and have very supportive management. The company supports a work-life balance, but of course your manager plays a huge role in that.

The company is pretty flexible with hours at least in my department. I work 8:30-5, but I could work 7:30-4 or 10-6:30 if I had an appointment. They have upped paid maternity leave from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Work-life balance is pretty good. When I leave, I'm not expected to be doing any work until my shift starts the next day. I am able to work from home a couple of days of week as well.
