I think as women at TR, we are extremely lucky to have the flexibility we all enjoy, from maternity leave to flexible working hours, you are treated as an individual first and employee second which is not like many of the companies friends work at.

The company has degraded significantly in recent years, using routine lay-offs to keep the figures high with shareholders while compromising trust with employees. It is a regular and reoccurring practice to eliminate positions and lay off individuals, rehiring them at less and recreating the position after 2 years.

I'm a new mother and when my kid is sick they give the day (for vacation or replenish hours, also work from home). Any emergency I have they understand and respect my privacy, I love that.
