Positive work-life balance at this company. Leadership cares about the success of its employees. A lot of flexibility is provided in the work day.

April 2017

The ability to work from home is fantastic, but there are very few advancement opportunities, the pay is low, the top-down communication is terrible, and I never felt like I mattered as an employee to the company as a whole (though my immediate team was great). Also, it's impossible to get anyone from HR or payroll to talk to you when you have questions or issues. They work Indian hours and half the time won't even acknowledge you with a response.

April 2017

My experience was less than ideal. It came as a surprise to me to learn that, because my base salary was at the top of the pay band, it was capped the entire time I was at the company (more than 3 years). The only oppportunity for a base salary raise would be through a promotion, and there was very limited promomotion potential.

It was incredibly manager-dependent, and I tended to have managers who were not willing to extend much support to their subordinates.

February 2017

Lots of flexibility, however not a lot of proactive thought into growing people, especially in engineering. The culture is very much you must make your own way and hope someone notices and recognizes you.
