    I started with Ultimate when I was 7 months pregnant and they hired me without even a question. They gave me full maternity leave even though I wasn't here long enough to earn it. My family, my son and I were completely taken care of.

    There are some positions that require travel, and some that require different hours during different times of the year. However, in my 12+ years with company, I have seen that if an employee's needs change, a flexible solution can be found. I have seen women move from part-time to full-time, and also from full-time to part-time. I myself, went from traveling at least 75% to working from home.
