I think in comparison to other places I've worked, the environment is very friendly and I do not feel there is a difference in the way I'm treated versus a male counterpart.

Great opportunity for growth and leadership positions. There's a strong female presence in high positions, which is very admiring to see. Ultimate Software has a Mentoring Program called, "Women In Leadership" (WIL), which is very encouraging and aspiring for both younger and elderly women.

In my 20+ years working in corporate America, this is truly the best company I've worked for. It's an oasis of humble, hungry, and smart people who support each other at work and at home.

I feel it is one of the most conducive place for people of all identities to work. Senior leadership sets the tone: all people are respected and safe to bring their true selves to work.

They only expect us to get the work done. They explicitly set a goal that all of their employees can "thrive and be empowered to always do the right thing." They really walk the talk, have never worked in a Company that so genuinely cared about their people. Leadership acts and treats us like family, accessible, caring, no hierarchy, no political b.s.

Overall Ultimate has more women than men employees however in technology organizations such as product development the number of women in leadership positions is low and many women are being pushed into non-leadership positions or out of the organization.

Some areas of the company are not as supportive of 'work from home' as other areas. As a company who 'trusts' their employees I would think they would be willing to allow more 'work from home'.
