I've had a career here. It took awhile to move up within the company but if you're good and patient, very patient good things can come your way.

Maybe. I've been on sick leave for the last few years so I'm no longer in the position to recommend or not.

This company is behind in technology, business practices, and is in the midst of cultural change. They both want people who will speak up, respectively, be willing to take constructive feedback, and go above and beyond their job description. They expect a lot, and compensation is not transparent. Its not easy to tell where you fit and how to work your way up. Lots of changes going on that may change a lot of that. Hard to see the direction.

Again, flexibility is different in various departments and roles. Be sure this is the right fit during your interview.
Maybe. Some departments are better than others. IT for example. My work life balance and work satisfaction went up 10x in IT than in business operations. Be careful during interviews, and ask questions to make sure the team you'd be joining is a cultural fit for you.

This company doesn't seem to promote workplace equality. Men get hired over women and will always make more no matter education and experience. Work life balance is improving but only for certain departments.

There is zero flexibility with hours. If you have a dr appointment and will be a half hour late, they force you to use a half personal day.

its okay in the call centre, anything in the professional services is backwards. HR is run by women, who are often referred to as incompetent.
