"Upper management works long hours and a great deal is demanded of them. I've seen e-mails sent as late as 11 PM, even 1 AM. There are a lot of women working in upper management at this company, but they have been working at UHC for eight, ten years if you can stick it out that long."

"On my specific team, my manager, is flexible when I have to leave to go to doctor's appointments, etc. She and her co-manager are flexible when other team members have to address issues with their children, etc. Her co-manager leaves at 5 PM sharp regardless to pick up his daughter from daycare."
