"Choose your BOSS carefully. Do not assume a female boss means you won't be subjected to sexist perceptions by your manager--I learned a hard lesson on how that can be."

"It varies and is too dependent on your manager and/or their whims. While patient care could be affected by a nurse not being present for a scheduled shift, an office worker in a creative or tech role who gets the work done should have the flexibility they have elsewhere."
