expect to work from sun up to sun down. you only get paid for what your salary says, not compensated for any other time you have to complete work for scheduling and staff meetings. they do not change their gas compensation even for people with older cars that are SUVs and take a large portion of gas than other cars.

    if you wanted off for the supervisor position you had to make sure you did it weeks in advance and if other people wanted off who had been there for longer (sometimes only a year) they would get off before you even if you had been talking to the employer for week/months in advance that you would not be around during that time you needed off.

While some women are in positions of "power", the highest-ups are all men. So yes, you can work your way up, even to VP status, but don't expect to have a life outside of work.

    There is no company-wide policy for telework and it is left to each team's supervisor. I just don't think you can get or keep top talent that way. And there is no discussion of changing these policies for the better.
