Walgreens pays lip service to diversity. The organizational culture is extraordinarily prejudiced and misogynistic.

I have worked for three different managers who have overlooked sexual harassment claims because the man involved was well liked by the male boss. I have also witnessed a female fired for missing work to go to appointments regarding her pregnancy.

If you or a child gets sick, you will be written up. When my Mom died, I was written up for taking the approved funeral leave. Not a good employer.
