Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

Hate to say it but a lot of people sleep around on this job. Especially the ones that are married or in relationships. Guys will hit on you constantly and it's best to ignore it. Lots of cattiness on the job among women.

Schedules are made three weeks out. Whether you can get days off or not depends on the manager. Some managers will approve days as long as you put them in 3 or more weeks early. Other managers don't care how long ago you put them in, they will deny them. Also days off are not consistent. One week you may have two days back to back, another your days are split. Due to inconsistencies in scheduling off days, you may be required to work up to seven days in a row.

If you are not one of the in crowd then you are treated very poorly. You get used for all the jobs that the others are suppose to help with but they find other things to do just so they don't have to help with the job they don't want to do.

There needs to be more women in leadership roles. Also, compensation is not equal among men and women.

If you have a family, you will never see them or be home for the holidays. My boss told me to kiss my family good bye.

There is none in professional role. They want you to live there while they all are at home with there families. Lie about visitors coming to make you stay because you've been threatened about getting fired almost daily without even doing anything wrong.
