That this company is a great company to work for, but it all depends on the department and team that you work on. Pay is not great unless you negotiate and it is VERY tough to climb the latter since everyone here truly stays here in upper management.

I can only speak for the Corporate Marketing side, but there are many women in leadership positions, and meetings always feel balanced with men and women at the table.

Some of the managers are particularly critical of women on the team I work with, so much so that other men openly comment on it. Upper management is aware of this but does nothing.

Its a good place to work. I have only worked with women. It is easier for other to understand because they have been there.

November 2015

Pretty even and fair for male and females from Associate to Supervisor level. While it is offered and bragged about, women who use flex time are looked down upon. It was uncommon for female employees to have children before they reached the manager level; once at that level they don't move up. Director and Partner level is predominantly male.

Women should be made aware that in order to be a respected figure in this organization, that they must suppress their personalities and dress down. One cannot be too feminine, in order to succeed. Gay women are revered and straight, single, and social professional women are frowned upon.
