The CEO, Board members and the Executive Leadership team are very focused on driving greater diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation. The opportunity to advance is good. Like most tech companies, there are far more men in the workplace than women and the company is trying to re-dress that balance through diversity groups, participation and sponsorship of STEM initiatives and the pro-active pursuit of females in particular in the recruitment cycles. Scrutiny is also given to promotion panels and talent management so I personally feel confident that the organisation is making the right steps to support women and their careers.

    There seems to be a lot of flexibility the higher you get, but for mid-level it may exist, but it's very much frowned upon within the culture. As in, management will continuously voice how they don't like work from home arrangements, etc.
