The company has been through many ups and downs but it was the most challenging and rewarding role I’ve ever had. Truly a unique culture and the highest caliber colleagues you could ask for.

There is not just one thing, it is a collection of pay, promotions and work-life balance. For instance, you have vacation days, but when you go on vacation, you have to work long hours to catch up, there goes work like balance.

November 2016

If you are going to work here all I would have to say is to expect to be seen as a lesser. I personally have seen the wage gap happen right in front of me with some of my co workers.

Insight Global is very cut throat, aggressive and tough environment for women. It is women dominated but creates an environment filled with jealousy and comparison with women.
