I am trying to assess need / demand, because I am the only coach of my company, I have limited spots for my main program.
That said, if I was to prepare a tool (that would be assessed by a human, not a software program) that takes the client through a medical / nutritional questionnaire and helps me make recommendations for the overall picture of their nutrition, would that be viable?
It would not allow for 1 on 1 access to me over a call for an "in person" consultation - the 1 on 1 access is via the main program. BUT it would include e-mail access for questions.
Step one: fill out extensive questionnaire
Step two: I made recommendations from scratch including meal plan guidance and macronutrient breakdowns
Step three: I send the recommendations
Step four: Ongoing communication via email with client
Step five: If client wants a full program, they can sign up for my program, if spots are full, I have a referral network
The same can be offered for a detailed fitness program.
