Does anyone else struggle with the "I need an answer to this, but he looks too busy...
so i'll come back"?
I am normally assertive, but since I work directly with Execs I can see when they too are burnt out and I feel so bad taking up 2 minutes of their only 5 minutes that they are free. My HR side and business side often collide here.
Do you have a weekly meeting with them to hash out this kind of stuff?
