The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

As a Business Analyst – Pricing you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Manage pricing issues resulting in block lines or Complaints
• Understand price discrepancies through in-depth analysis with the Business, Customer Service and CIR Teams and drive resolution
• Contribute to improve and optimize pricing processes by documenting the identified root cause and resolution proposals
• Provide clear feedback to the Customer Service (Blocks) or CIR (complaints) for further actions in line with BG CO guidelines
• Clearly document the identified root cause to help drive improvement action plans and close the request

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution 
• Ability to communicate in English at a high level (knowledge of German/French/Italian/Spanish as an added asset)
• 2-3 years of experience in a business group facing services roles within Market To Order, Customer Services or Financial Services
• Knowledge of Pricing systems and processes, SAP, Excel
