The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

As an EHS Senior Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Leading EHS improvements initiatives implementation, providing assistance, consulting and guidance to ensure safe working environment

• Implementing projects and programs to ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and 3M Corporate Standards as well as self-initiated

• Supporting EHS Corporate and company initiatives

• Participating in EHS audits and self-assessments

• Initiating EHS and well-being awareness campaigns.

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety 

• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Very good knowledge of Health and Safety Polish Regulations

• Ability to identify, understand and apply laws and regulations related to health and safety at work

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Fire Safety Certificate as advantage

• Very good organizational and planning skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Commitment  and  consistency  in  achieving  the  objectives  of  the  department  and  the company

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
