Exec Support Specialist (New Health Care Company)

As an IT Analyst on the Executive Information Services team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd level computer (hardware and software) technical support
• Acting as a consultant for both Business and Personal IT needs
• Advocating for personalized implementation of IT solutions
• Ordering, Issuing and managing 3M standard PCs and Mobile devices
• Ordering, Issues, and implementing 3M standard software solutions
• Ordering, Issuing and managing Non-3M standard hardware and software
• Facilitating effective home office setups
• Leading client-based IT projects
• Participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support availability
• Owning all client IT issues through to resolution

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

OR

• High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of IT experience

• Three (3) years experience supporting end-user computing hardware or software in a private, public, government or military environment 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Deep technical knowledge of pcs, desktop hardware, current protocols, operating systems, and standards
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting Experience in provisioning, imaging and deploying devices and device management
• Experience with mobile device management systems
• Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)
• Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
• Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
• Experience with client-facing 3M IT supported systems and internal procedures to support those system

The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
