The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Film Line Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Working on a team to operate a large-scale extrusion line, slitting line, and pelletizer
• Performing quality checks using a variety of measuring systems and instruments
• Leading or participating in quality and process improvement teams, focusing on problem solving, variability reduction and process control
• Operating roll storage and handling systems

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of extrusion processes, operation of PIV’s, quality testing experience

Work location: Onsite – Cynthiana, Kentucky

The starting rate of pay for this position is $https://25.94 per hour with the potential to reach $https://27.56. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
