The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the Global Procurement Technology Solutions (m/f/) Subject Matter Expert*,** you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Being an expert in Procure to Pay (PtoP) technology, https://e.g. accounts payable, invoice processing, and requisitions.

• Contributing and leading the deployment of key technology and IT solutions across Procurement processes. This includes direct and indirect procurement, invoice management, accounts payable, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management.

• Support the TSA exit to future state Healthcare platforms that provide the next level of service and capability for healthcare customers, vendors, and employees.

• Participate in multiple IT teams that support and deploy key capabilities across procurement processes.

• Working in and across multiple teams in a high-pressure and high-visibility environment to ensure successful procurement process operations for the Healthcare organization.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and a in-depth experience in the procurement processes and IT Solutions .
• Fundamental experience in procurement processes (direct/indirect sourcing, supplier management, payables) and its supporting IT Solutions in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment.
• Excel in effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization.
• ERP deployment and ERP process knowledge in the procurement space
• Knowledge in industry standard procurement solutions https://e.g., SAP, Ariba etc.
• Robust background in modern technical processes and methodologies
