    We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.  

    This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

    As a(n) HR Solutions Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by managing:

    • Labor and employee relations
    • Leadership coaching for layers 3 to 5 of the local organization.
    • Talent planning for layer 3 to 5 of the organization.
    • M&A execution.
    • Listening and local employee engagement strategy and tactics.
    • Organization Design and Optimization
    • Restructuring Execution
    • Change Management
    • Team Effectiveness
    • Mobility Execution
    • Performance management

    Your Skills and Expertise 

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
    • Eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources leading labor and employee relations, talent and leadership planning and performance management in a large organization.

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Previous experience in Global Service Centers environment is preferred.
    • Skills include solution mind-set, hands-on, agility, collaboration and team work, resilience and adaptability.
