    Position summary

    Administration Coordinator** you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

    Here, you will make an impact by: 

    • Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from system and administrative perspective

    • Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies, and procedures

    • Ensuring the accuracy of data updates in all HR systems.

    • Providing active support for employees, managers, and HR departments in personnel administration processes.

    • Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, according to agreed SLAs

    • Providing answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees (customer support through phone and case management system).

    Your Skills and Expertise   

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

    • Minimum 1 year work experience in HR area

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution 

    • Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures

    • Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday, Salesforce

    • Fluent in Polish and French, good English (B2)

    • Must be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data in the roles

    • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

    • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
