The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This position is responsible for the cleaning, processing and quality control of medical equipment and general housekeeping of facility. This position requires the performance of shipping and receiving activities and both internal and external customer communications and training.
As a Medical Equipment Processor II, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Cleans and disinfects products.
- Performs Quality Control checks on products and performs basic troubleshooting on products.
- Performs inventory of parts, assets, disposables and supplies and performs basic shipping and receiving of parts, assets, disposables and supplies
- Order management to include timely closing of orders on computer or other company issued equipment
- Contacts customers regarding delivery & retrieval of products
- Performs basic housekeeping duties within facility.
- Responsible for following work and safety instructions.
- Conforms to and supports Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
- Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed appropriate by management.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- One (1) year of field service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of field service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Work location: Jenkins, PA
Travel: May include up to 5**% domestic**
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
