The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Patient Support Specialist’s focus is to proactively facilitate 3M™ V.A.C.® Therapy transitions from the acute setting (hospital) to OOH settings (HHA, WCC, SNF and LTAC). The Patient Support Specialist ensures that all required documentation for the V.A.C.® Therapy order is submitted and coordinates with the Advantage Center on completing necessary paperwork. The Patient Support Specialist also provides leads for core V.A.C.® Therapy disposables, 3M™ Veraflo™ Therapy and 3M™ Dermatac™ Drape.

Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
