• Loading and unloading vehicles, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
• May involve working at heights and heavy lifting of 30 pounds or more.
• May also require the operation of industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location.
• Requires forklift certification.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Package, MES knowledge.
• Understanding of Lean Management Systems, and lean tools.

Pay & Benefits: 

• The starting rate of pay for this position is $https://23.71 with the potential to reach $https://24.82. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
