The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our Oral Care division in Bern, Jura, Neuenburg, Wallis, Freiburg and Waadt, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
You will be the first point of contact for the 3M Ortho portfolio with existing customers and will be responsible for acquiring new customers
Additionally, you will consult, train and sell the 3M portfolio to orthodontic practices and clinics in the defined territory
Developing a growth pipeline is a core element of your role. You will work closely with the Clinical Specialist, Portfolio, Marketing and Sales Operations teams.
Based on individual needs, you will take the lead in planning and leading customer events (https://e.g. training) and engage relevant resources & support functions here
In order to implement the strategy set by the Leadership Team, you are open to communicate & collaborate with other departments as well as to prepare and present your results
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
A completed apprenticeship or degree in a technical or business field
You are a talented, enthusiastic personality and enjoy sales and working with very diverse people, both internally and externally
You recognize business opportunities and are eager to close them
A willingness to learn new skills and engage and learn in a very dynamic environment
Very good manners and confident communication in French and English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Professional experience in sales of products requiring explanation
MS Office, CRM system and different digital functions
Basic German language skills
Travel: May include up to 80% in the specified territory
