The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (m/f/x) Hospital in East and West Flanders, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Playing an important role in accelerating our Medical Solutions Hospital sales for the complete portfolio

• Building a network with existing and new customers

• Having the opportunity to translate customer needs into proposals that will bring value for your customers and for 3M

• Closely collaborating with your colleagues

• Using your skills and experiences to effectively manage your region

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Commercial experience in the Hospital segment

• High level of communication and presentation skills, good Dutch skills complete your profile

• Goal orientated

• You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries

• MS office knowledge and database management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Ba__chelor in a medical (nursing) or para-medical study

• Eager to learn new things
