Job Description:

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Service Coordinator (m/w/d) at Third Party Service Centers, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Monitoring our Third Party Logistics with daily fleet management activities

  • Identifying and executing process and efficiency improvements

  • Monitoring device movements and usage at customer site and execute adjustments with sales teams

  • Consumables & spares ordering and coordinating device, consumable & spare counts

  • Supporting sales teams with all kinds of device related requests and queries

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Successful apprenticeship and professional experience or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Finance, Quality Management or a similar field

  • Intermediate skills with managing fleet/stock/hardware

  • Creative and innovative thinking skills to find new ways and challenge proven methods

  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Being able to balance the need of customer vs. costs and look for alternatives within the given quality boundaries

  • Accurate and quality oriented

  • Enjoys digging into details and seeking solutions for issues

  • Team worker and focused on improvements

  • Proficient with Excel and experience with Oracle preferred

For this position a minimum salary of € https://50.000,- gross/year with the readiness for overpayment, depending on your qualification and professional experience, is provided.
