Managing key reward processes including supporting the annual salary reviews, salary and benefits benchmarking, ad hoc projects
Managing relationship with benefit vendors
Supporting data submission process for external and internal surveys
Performing market data analysis
Enhancing Total Rewards expertise within HR and People Leaders
Ensuring Governance, Compliance and Competitiveness.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Minimum 3 HR experience, including compensation & benefits in multinational company
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Very good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of salary surveys (Mercer, WTW, KF),
Analytical skills and attention to details
Agility and “can do approach”.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Considerable rewards program planning, design, implementation and facilitation experience
Knowledge of salary survey vendor methodology (Mercer, WTW, KF)
Demonstrated capabilities to influence upwards, communicate effectively across the organization, and engages others with passion and energy
A flexible team player approach with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
