The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Truck Driver, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Completing all daily safety and environmental requirements, along with proactive recognition and action to alleviate potential concerns.
- Completing daily housekeeping inspections and tasks.
- Following standard operating procedures to insure efficient production of quality product.
- Actively participate in daily operation meetings, providing feedback and input to continuously improve the operation.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Possess a current and valid Class A CDL license and T Endorsement.
- Minimum three (3) years tractor/trailer and/or dump truck driving experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Wisconsin tanker endorsement (N)
- Heavy machinery operating experience and/or training
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting and problem solving
