This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Web Experience Implementation Supervisor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Development and execution of the division web experience strategy; this includes a deep knowledge of target personas, understanding of business priorities and the resources to execute globally.
• Drive the transformation of our web properties to provide a holistic customer experience inclusive of product data, customer service, education content and commerce integration.
• Define optimization priorities based on customer feedback, usability testing, user research, web analytics and other data sources.
• Partner with the brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment on key messages, goals, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, content creators, and MarTech, to ensure the web experience aligns with the needs of each customer persona
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure teams have clear priorities and expectations.
• Lead a team of professionals responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the division web experience.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Experience and/or Website Strategy in a private, public, government or military environment

• Five (5) years of combined experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Experience and/or Website Strategy in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Experience and/or Website Strategy in a private, public, government or military environment in a private, public, government or military environment
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and negotiating skill
• Ability to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others and influence decision making
• Concrete understanding and background in SEO.
• Project and agency management, which requires strong skills in organization and time management.
• Working knowledge of new tools in digital experience and customer experience, along with established tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Webmaster tools.
