Join us as Buyer for the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Shanghai, China where you will be accountable for Purchasing materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms and ensuring purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

Business Manager - Operations

Your responsibilities

• Adapting corporate contractual framework to the business needs
• Recommending frame agreements to management and executes upon approval
• Initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements
• Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price
• RFQ and cost analysis and importing & exporting shipment handling
• Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
• Overseeing supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or logistics management or comparable
• Minimum 3-5 years as buyer in manufacturing company
• Strong command on Mandarin and English languages
• Good presentation skill and proactive, initiative, and analytical ability skills
