    As a Business Development Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will contribute to the short- and mid-term development plan of Marine Propulsion - Compact Azipod business. You will lead development programs to identify and capture business improvement opportunities.

    Business Manager - E2E

    Your responsibilities

    • Supporting Global Product Line Manager in translating Division strategy into product line development plans. Contributing to plan definition and execution through the analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
    • Leading development projects or programs of global product line - Compact Azipod to improve its competitiveness and long-term profitability
    • Leading major factory upgrading projects
    • Coordinating Global R&D team, Product Manager and factory teams in new production introduction projects. Ensuring the successful ramp-up of new products

    Your background

    • A bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA is a plus
    • 5 years of experience in marine or electrical automation industry. Strong technical background in at least one of the following areas is preferred: azimuth thrusters, electric motors, gears, bearings, steelwork, slip ring unit, mechanical design
    • Experience in project management
    • Result-oriented, excellent execution and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent Chinese and English
