As a Control Engineer for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for applying control design skills in Auto-CAD and Eplan for concept and design activities within budget and on schedule. Working in the try-out and commissioning of automation in the press shop.

Business Manager - Operations

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for PLC Control hardware and software design.
• Ensuring Robot application in press shop
• Assisting project manager to choose supply and purchase material.
• Being responsible for installation and commissioning automation line in press shop.
• Having flexibility of frequent business travel to customer site

Your background

• 5 years control design and commissioning experience in automotive industry or mechanism manufacture industry (press automation systems preferred).
• A bachelor’s degree, major in industry electric automation, control engineering or mechanical & electrical integration is preferred.
• Experience working with design engineering projects.
• Experience with Auto-CAD and Eplan.
• Experience with automation start-up problem solving.
• Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi and Rockwell PLC.
• Experience in a project environment.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Have some knowledge or experience in industrial robot application
