    GSC Automotive Sweden is a Robotics unit developing and delivering Functional modules & products to mainly automotive customers globally. The GSC is located at two sites in Sweden, Mölndal and Olofström and we now need strengthen our team in Mölndal! As Project manager you will be a part of the project organization and execute projects for our local and global project deliveries. As a Project Manager, you will lead a project team, have legal and commercial responsibility for delivering the projects according to contractual requirements, quality standards, cost estimates and safety requirements defined for the project. You will follow the project from final Sales phase until deliveries is handed over to customer and the project to our Service department.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead the execution of medium to large size international projects. Plan and follow up project progress.
    • Evaluate and mitigate HSE and Environmental risk.
    • Motivate and lead project teams consisting of engineers, documentation resources, controller and purchaser.
    • Closely communicate with customers to assure feedback and seek improved customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with supply chain and procure required services, material and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
    • Manage the projects financially and perform internal and external project reporting.
    • Manage changes, potential risks, and opportunities.
    • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management experience.
    • Sound knowledge of industrial automation and/or electrification applications.
    • Swedish and English advanced level.
    • Availability to travel.
