    • Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer's business and business environment and

    • Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans of the customer.

    • Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement through a structured follow-up process across divisions and countries.

    • Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets, representing ABB, overall.

    • Creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, sales planning, and issue resolution).

    • Monitors competitors' activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.

    • Gives input on market price developments.

    • Drives application of standardized marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, , etc.)

    Your background

    • Education: Higher education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is desirable.

    • Required: Solid sales experience.

    • Required: Experience in the power rectifier portfolio.

    • Desirable: Experience in the LaATAM market.

    • Desirable: Knowledge of the Salesforce system.

    • Desirable: Knowledge of PowerBI.

    • Language: Advanced/Fluent English required. Spanish is desirable.
