    As an Account. & Reporting Special-Gen. Account. for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for performing preliminary expense review during month closing and do adjust before GL closing deadline.

    This position reports to

    Finance Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible for month end closing activities ensure ABACUS report on time submit
    • Providing support to controlling team for cost analysis
    • Coordinating with cross functions to ensure close process is performed effectively and efficiently
    • Providing support to controlling team for cost analysis
    • Being responsible for monthly audit file, organize the review, focus on the long term items follow up
    • Organizing or participating process/system improvement
    • Coordinating with KPMG audit provide related supporting documents and support for internal audit
    • Performing any other Adhoc tasks assigned by manager

    Your background

    • A bachelor’s in accounting /Finance or related field
    • Minimum 8 years accounting experience (3 years in ABB)
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Individual with strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new technology to perform job efficiently required
    • Team player mentality required
