Accounting & Reporting Analyst-Receivable

You will be working as Accounting and Reporting Analyst-Receivables, reporting to Accounting and Reporting Manager for Finance and Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to process accounting transactions for Accounts Receivable (AR) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements

Your responsibilities

• Researching and provide fundamental analysis and initial recommendation on customers
• Performing reviews of the customers
• Preparing MIS (Management Information Systems​) for management review
• Performing AR (Annual Report Accounts Receivable) monthly closing and reporting activities
• Preparing FI (Financials) Billing on request.
• Performing general ledger account reconciliation [AR accounts]
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], Billing and Reporting
• Must be flexible in working for any shift timings
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP/Oracle knowledge is huge plus
