Management of the supplier accounts.
Complete the process from purchase order to final payment.
Ensure the verification and approval of payment policies.
Verification and monitoring of the quantities received and the prices paid.
Reconciliation of discrepancies and tracking of accounts payable.
Conciliation and reconciliation of accounts (suppliers and others).
Provide support to the senior accounts payable manager and to the cost analysts.
Collaborate, share, and communicate with team members.
Know and comply with occupational health and safety rules.
Participate in the continuous improvement program.
Perform various duties related to the position.
Diploma of collegial studies (DCS) in administration, accounting, or finance.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (accounts payable, general and/or financial accounting).
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of cost pricing.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, more specifically Excel.
Great attention to detail and precision with numbers.
Good organizational and priority skills.
Good communication skills.
Familiarity with accounting software (AS400) is an asset.
French and English, spoken and written (bilingualism essential).
