The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors & Generators Division in Vadodara, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications. • Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries • Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses. • Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities • Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information. • Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB's solutions to address those needs. • Mandatory Travel to USA for Collaboration with US Application Team & support them with technical solutions.
Qualifications for the role

• Experience in HT/LT Motors and Generators.
• Technical experience on Proposal engineering, Quotation making, Sales and backend sales support activities.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales support role - preferred
• Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• High motivation and attitude to support organization
• Valid Passport is Mandatory for this role since it requires International Travel.
