Your responsibilities

• Job summary:
• Serve as a technology expert with strategic focus of both functional and more on non-functional requirements to define and deliver the architecture of software for digital platforms, applications and solutions, to provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of these platform and solutions.
• Address the dynamic needs and demands of releases and ensure the right pain points are handled in a proper problem-solving way, while not compromising the guardrails of architecture and design integrity of the software module.
• Identify and adopt as well as define new software architectural patterns standards and processes and ensures their appropriate adoption in the software products and solutions development.
• Act as the bridge between the product managers and development/product owners, and support the development and delivery of robust, flexible system architectures based on industry best practices, with active feedback from customers and stakeholders.

Your background

• Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• In-depth expertise, mastery in software engineering proficiency, with a proven track record of software architecture leadership and oversight on design, engineering, and development of platform, application and solutions
• Deep understanding in one or more areas of platform, web applications, data management, open source technologies, cybersecurity and cloud technologies and their application in overall architecture
• Strong understanding of technology architecture and its impact on the software development lifecycle covering requirements, conceptualization, prototyping, design, coding, testing, release as well as subsequent maintenance and operations
• Strong communication skills with fluent English writing and speaking, and strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Good business sense and customer centricity mind-set for customer needs and their value proposition formulation
• Open mind and keeping abreast on latest technology architecture trends through continuous learning
