Assistant Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Prepares materials for, and assists in project reviews.
• Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other project controls systems.
• Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Engineer and procedures agreed with the customer.
• Support Project Managers in order booking activities.
• Assists the project team in preparation of the project document list.
• Accurately monitors costs and project cash flow.
• Maintains detailed estimate to complete and estimate at completion forecast, analyzes variances by using earned value management techniques and advises project management on any cost and cash flow issues arising.
• Performs regular monthly project administrative tasks.

Your background

• University degree preferably technical.
• Previous administrative work experience.
• Very good command of English.
• Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills.
• Personality with analytical and methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Attention to details.
• Interest in developing career as Project Manager.
• Project coordination experience nice to have.
• Experience in working with SAP nice to have
