Associate Project Engineer

f the engineering design. The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Develop and design electrical drawings in Eplan, based on input/output lists that are provided by the Electrical Engineers. • Select hardware and all required components in cooperation with the Electrical Engineer, to complete the electrical drawings. • Compare and select most suitable materials based on their technical specifications. • Design 2D electrical cabinet layouts and prepare all information that's required for RFQ and for the actual construction. • Determine the numbering/tagging of components/cables/wires in cooperation with the Electrical Engineer and prepare the corresponding printing templates/files. • PLC Programming & Installation and Commissioning at customer sites. • Knowledge in ISO and IEC standards and relevant experience with CE declaration • Knowledge in Safety machinery risk assessment
Qualifications for the role

• Engineering degree in electromechanics, electronics or automation (or equivalent by experience).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years with solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Eplan
• Good knowledge in Siemens, AB PLC programming
• Good Communication Skills and ownership of handling stakeholders/Customers, experience in off line programming, basic simulation experience & PLC skills. Work fluently in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Travel will be 40-50%
