Your responsibilities
- Work in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools
- Examine new contracts to ensure adherence to terms/conditions and specifications
- Book contracts
- Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
- Monitor/analyze/report contract performance
- Review change requests, prepare quotes/implement changes, with support form technical and other staff as required
- Under direction, resolve disputes over back charges, delays, warranties, etc.
- Review/coordinate information flow internally, to/from vendors and to/from customers
- Report opportunities and problems to project manager/management
- Implement actions to explore all possibilities and eliminate/minimize problems
- Ensure that schedules are met
- Control contract documents
- Participate in meetings to provide information on assigned projects/resolve problems
