Associate Project Manager – Process Automation and Electrification

Leads the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. Includes Project Managers assigned to small projects in the service business.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources, and financials.
• Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in electrical installations - automation in industrial plants - coordination of plant project activities.
• Project Management training/certifications is desirable.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Availability to travel.
• Good English skills.
• Leadership skills.
