    For our location in Baden we are looking for an experienced automation engineer or adequate apprenticeship in the field of testing 80-100% with immediate effect. In this role you will be responsible for the functional testing and power wiring of various size and type energy storage systems for the Traction Converters product group. You will work closely with the line and engineering team.     Your responsibilities

    • Electrical function testing of energy storage systems of various capacity sizes and designs
    • Identification and correction of faults
    • Power wiring of battery modules to the system (AuS2)
    • Electronic documentation of equipment data in ERP system (SAP) and SharePoint
    • Execution and documentation of test steps according to instructions
    • Documentation of work/activities performed (daily follow-up of work reports, etc.)
    • Compliance with instructions, performance specifications and safety regulations
    • Participation in continuous process improvement
    • Feedback to engineering and assembly in terms of quality assurance and improvement.

    Your background

    • Completed apprenticeship as automation technician EFZ, automation fitter EFZ, switchgear fitter EFZ, vehicle electrician electronics technician EFZ, service technician EFZ, or comparable training
    • Computer skills (Word / Excel / SAP)
    • Good social and team skills
    • Communication and feedback culture in the team and to engineering
    • Independent, responsible work
    • High level of commitment and flexibility
    • Ideally experience in testing electrical systems (measurement technology)
    • Business fluent German, good English is an advantage
