Automation Production Engineer

As an Automation Production Engineer for Motion Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for automation production cell/line, auto/semi-auto testing systems, and intelligent tool/equipment at high level of safety control, OEE and quality.

This position reports to

Production Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• Supporting and cooperating automation project implantation, including construction plan, construction process supervision and construction progress control
• Configuring and improving accurate product and process technical specifications with product and quality engineering teams
• Making and implementing acceptance specifications and procedure of automation systems and intelligent equipment
• Drafting and following up maintenance/verification requirements and instructions to ensure the stable operation of automation systems
• Supporting and fast recovering systems in case of shutdown
• Being responsible for spare parts management including list spare parts, forecast and planning, sourcing and procurement, etc.
• Improving hardware ware and software to enhance performance of systems according to the change of production process
• Optimizing visualization and data modeling/integration to adopt production and quality monitoring and management

Your background

• A degree in Software Engineering, Automation, ITO, and other related majors
• More than 3 years’ experience in relevant automation system and Manufacturing execution system Integration
• Good at C#, SQL Database, programming
• Good at variety of mainstream communication protocols
• Good at network architectures
• Familiar with Servo Motion System and Products, as well as the C# configuration software
• Ability to demonstrate written and spoken in English
