    Business Analyst

    In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. The responsibilities include understanding an organization's business requirements, training end-users, and sorting out the end user's day-to-day queries.

    Your responsibilities

    • Work as a member of the Business Process Owner (BPO) Team to complete projects in the Accounting (Cost, Finance, International) areas.
    • Work as the finance team lead for implementation of global SAP programs impacting FICO.
    • Provide functional support related to SAP and other applications to users in all locations using the US-BEC system (BUS) (users are not just in accounting).
    • Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems technology strategy, standards, and processes.
    • Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflow.
    • Insure application of global controls and directives
    • including responsibility for Internal Controls – Automatic for Accounting systems processes/reports including P2P, O2C, Treasury, R2R as well as special controls for implementations and major system introduction or modifications.
    • Understand flow of data and reporting uses through, not just SAP, but add-on systems dictated by company including Abacus, Atlas, BW, and various SQL reporting tools.
    • Design and implement a Power BI financial Dashboard.

    Your background

    • Associate's Degree and minimum 7 years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years experience Or Master's Degree and minimum 3 years experience.
    • Advanced skills in the areas of costing, finance, general ledger.
    • Multidisciplinary projects, advanced problem solving, root-cause analysis and technical system understanding.
    • Preferred experience includes: SAP, PowerBI, RazorSQL.
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
